Office of the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs

 

The sort of responsibility undertaken by the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs is of utmost importance in our College. The Deputy Dean is in charge of undertaking and monitoring scientific activities, conferences, symposia, and seminars taking place in  the College. This is  in addition to supervizing the registration of new students and students' affairs  throughout their studies including discipline, together with following up their careers after graduation.

 

 

The Office of the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs consists of several units:

 

1- Registration and Students Affairs Unit.

 

2- Continuing Education Unit.

 

 3- Quality Assurance and University Performance Unit

 

 4- College Library Unit

 

5- Information Unit

 

6- International Relations Unit

 

7- Woman Empowerment Unit

 

8- Database and Information Unit

 

9- E-learning and Electronic Development Unit

 

 Each unit has a director who is in charge of the Unit's duties on top of which is carrying  out the decrees and directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in addition to the instructions and orders issued by the Shatt Al-Arab University College.
