Regulations for scholarships for non-Iraqi students for preliminary studies exclusively within the Study in Iraq program) The conditions below must be met by non-Iraqi students applying for scholarships according to the above program as follows:
  1. That the student be non-Iraqi and holders of certificates equivalent to the Iraqi secondary certificate.
  2. That the student be a non-Iraqi and a holder of an Iraqi secondary certificate, provided that he is a resident of Iraq and his residence period does not exceed three years only. .. One of the parents of the foreign student should not be Iraqi or hold Iraqi citizenship.
  4. The student should not have previously obtained an academic seat in Iraqi universities and colleges according to the approved admission channels.
  E. The above students who obtained a free study seat and according to the “Study in Iraq” program are not included in the privileges of appointment in Iraqi ministries or any other non-educational privileges.
