1. The student must submit a high school certificate or document that
is recognized in Iraq and approved by the Ministries of Education and
Foreign Affairs of the student's home country and endorsed by the Iraqi
Embassy to the country according to the admission conditions of each
major. He/ She is required to submit the equation certified documents
to the Iraqi Ministry of Education. The candidate should abide by the
conditions and regulations included in the Student's Guide, in addition
to the admission conditions and regulations of the Iraqi private
colleges.
2. If the student is accepted in any college but does not join it after a
few days of the beginning of study, his admission is considered
cancelled.
3. The candidate should submit a certificate confirming his/her
intactness of contagious diseases, issued by the School Health
Directorate in his/her home country and certified by the Iraqi Ministry
of Health, along with a certificate of vaccination against smallpox,
typhoid and Covid-19.
4. He/ She should submit the admission application here.
5. The applicant should be a full-time student; it is not permissible
however to combine study and work.
6. After students are accepted, the Ministry if Higher Education and
Scientific Research would issue orders on the basis of which the
university/college issues the respective orders including the names of
the accepted students. The names are then approved by the College
Council according to the directions of the university/college.

7. The students must abide by the instructions related to the admission
of foreign students, issued by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and
Scientific Research, together with laws and instructions issued by the
university/college he/she is accepted in.
8. Students accepted on the basis of free scholarship are exempted
100% from any tuition fees throughout their study.
9. The candidate must meet the minimum admission requirements of
the college concerned according to the options shown in the
application form. The minimum admission requirements are as follows:
a) The student is accepted in medical specializations (pharmacy /
dentistry)on condition that he/she has completed the preparatory
study (high school), scientific-biological stream or equivalent studies
with a rate of no less than 80%.
b) The student is accepted in health majors and health technologies at a
rate of 70%.
c) The student is accepted in technical engineering majors with a
minimum average of 60%.
d) The student is accepted in law major with a rate of 65%.
e) The student is accepted in the Department of Political Sciences,
Faculty of Law, at a rate of 50%.
f) The student is accepted in business administration
major/accounting/financial and banking sciences/ according to the
preference system at a rate of 50%.

Documents Required for Submission
1. A valid passport of a period of no less than two years at the date of
submission.
2. Academic documents certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
the student's home country and the Iraqi Embassy or Cultural Attache
to that country.
3. A TOEFL or IELTS test results.
4. A non-conviction document issued by the student's home country.
