Where Professor Abdul-Hussein Tawfiq was briefed on the urban development of the Shatt Al-Arab University College, and expressed his admiration for the scientific achievements of the college that dazzle and delight the Basra Governorate by providing the appropriate academic atmosphere, and a large scientific edifice commensurate with the status of this prestigious scientific college in Basra.
